ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to keep facilities and equipment safe, reliable, and efficient. You will perform hands-on maintenance across multiple systems and gain experience through mentorship from senior mechanics.

The role suits mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and advancing their maintenance skills toward higher levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, welding, fire protection and water/wastewater systems as needed.
• Safely shut down and restart equipment per safety standards and regulations.
• Document work orders and repairs in CMMS; identify improvements and learn new skills.
• Support teammates and maintain safe, organized work areas to minimize downtime.
