Job Description

Performs skilled services for repair, replacement, modification, and installation of physical plant and other equipment. Performs a variety of tasks requiring skills and expertise to repair physical plant associated equipment. Must possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and select a course of action regarding equipment failures and repairs. Related minor electrical, piping, and carpentry work as required.

Scheduled Work Hours: 8am-4pm

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required. Trade or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant experience with demonstrated ability to perform complex repairs and installations.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, specifications, plans, drawings, and sketches.

Working Conditions:

• Heavy lifting up to 100 lbs required.
