The position requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques. On-the-job training is provided, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems; some exposure to electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
• Reading and understanding basic schematics or diagrams.
• Willingness to learn advanced troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant equipment (lubrication, adjustments, basic repairs).
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues on motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.
• Assist senior mechanics with complex repairs or equipment rebuilds.
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as replacing sensors, switches, fuses, or wiring components (based on plant rules).
• Follow equipment manuals to identify parts and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate work records in dedicated Maintenance System.
• Keep maintenance shops and work areas organized and safe.
• Support safety and production teams as needed.
