Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic A in Phoenix, AZ to inspect, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including plastic injection blow mold machinery, with minimal supervision.

The role requires hands-on diagnostics, tooling, and preventative maintenance while adhering to safety, GMP, and food safety rules to keep production running smoothly. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based on-site at the Phoenix facility.

Qualifications

• Must provide own hand tools and toolbox.
• Possess electrical competency to diagnose and repair equipment down to circuit board level.
• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment to a like-new state when required.
• Work unassisted and unsupervised to job completion.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP rules.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to circuit-board level.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair to like-new state.
• Install and dismantle machinery and equipment.
• Overhaul machinery by replacing damaged parts.
• Perform general maintenance duties such as greasing and oiling.
• Communicate issues to Maintenance Manager for assistance.
