Job summary

ACR is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the third shift to troubleshoot, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment. You will dismantle, move, install, and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping policies.

You’ll read blueprints to set up lathes, milling machines, grinders, saws, and presses, and you’ll support changeovers and routine inspections. A 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am, offered with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mill machines, and machine shop equipment.
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Read and write; understand policies, MOs, JHAs, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and take corrective action.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and assist with changeovers when needed.
• Test equipment after repairs and validate function.
• Read blueprints to plan setup and operate lathe, milling machine, grinders, saws, and presses.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with procedures.
