Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance mechanic related experience.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Knowledge of welding and cutting various metals.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Knowledge of crane signals.
• Proficient with alignment and inspection tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Supply own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical equipment for operating conditions and determine repair needs.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble gears, bearings, shafts.
• Calibrate or operate diagnostic instruments to analyze data.
• Prepare analyses and records of equipment history for CMMS.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance with supervisors and operators.
• Adhere to safety rules and complete all duties as assigned.
