Job summary

Vans, at its Jonestown distribution center, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (2nd shift) to perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and work from mechanical/electrical schematics. The role involves high-reach work up to 45 feet and handling up to 50 lb loads in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work with low voltage systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with electro-mechanical or machining training a plus.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Able to climb and work at heights up to 45 feet.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with ASRS shuttle systems, tilt tray, and high-speed sortation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Respond to requests and troubleshoot equipment using schematics and manuals.
• Work with low voltage AC/DC systems up to 480V/3 phase.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Collaborate with mechanics and vendors; share knowledge.
