Job Description

Under minimal supervision, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining all manufacturing, facility, and support equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on all production and supporting equipment. Communicate effectively with maintenance, production, and quality departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, support, and repair all production and supporting equipment, including air compressors, coolers, and storage tanks.
• Determine and requisition materials, parts, and equipment for PMs, repairs, and installations.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems.
• Complete documentation as per company guidelines, including cGMP and CMMS records.
• Perform all work safely and efficiently per shift.
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain various systems in a safe manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, and mechanically.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Program temperature controllers, Honeywell controllers, inverters, PLCs, etc.
• Follow safety precautions and occupational hazard guidelines.

Job Details

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, multiple shifts, overtime as needed.
• Start Time: 1:00 PM or 10:00 PM
• Pay Range: $32.00/hr to $36.00/hr
• Physical Ability: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
