Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the Aurora, Illinois facility on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am-2:00pm). You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and about 5 years of maintenance experience. Strong reading of blueprints/schematics and math skills are needed, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or highly desired.
• 5 years of maintenance experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure reliability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Document actions and irregularities; generate maintenance reports.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
