The Maintenance Mechanic maintains production and facility equipment in a condition to meet the plant production goals and the building requirements. This position works with mechanical devices such as gears, sprockets, chains, sheaves, belts, brakes, clutches, couplings and coupling alignment, bearings, lubrication, hydraulics and pneumatics. The Maintenance Mechanic should also have basic experience working with and troubleshooting electrical components like 240-480v motors, wiring, switches, sensors, AC and DC circuits.

Experiences that will support your success
3 years of prior experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic OR completion of 2 year Technical Degree in maintenance field such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance or related area of study AND 1 year of prior experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Experience must include diagnostic troubleshooting, repairing and replacing defective parts, adjusting machinery, and modifying units to meet proper operating specifications
