Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician in Bethlehem, PA. The role is a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm) with pay ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

The technician will diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical malfunctions, install new control equipment, develop electrical specifications, and support maintenance and production teams. PLC/VFD/HMI troubleshooting is required.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions on all equipment.
• Install and commission new electrical control equipment and ensure operation.
• Develop specs for electrical control systems and equipment modifications.
• Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams.
• Maintain and optimize electrical spare parts inventory for production equipment; troubleshoot PLC, VFDs and HMIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering specifications for electrical control systems and equipment modifications.

The Industrial Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for the following functions on a regular basis:

• Diagnose and resolve causes of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on all equipment;
• Assist the maintenance department in installing new electronic/electrical control equipment and making it operational;
• Develop engineering specifications for electrical control systems and equipment modifications;
• Provide technical support to the maintenance and production department when required;
• Recommend the electrical spare parts inventory for all new and existing production equipment to insure maximum machine utilization; able to edit and troubleshoot PLC, VFDS and HMI’s.
• Keep abreast with the latest in control technology;
• Able to learn RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, RSView Studio, RSSQL, RSNetWorx, Seimens and GE Fanuc Robotic Softwares
