Job summary

Flora Food Group's New Century facility in Kansas is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair margarine and spread processing equipment. You will follow World Class Manufacturing practices, perform preventative maintenance, and complete work orders on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Background check and drug screen completed.
• Experience with safety and lockout/tagout procedures is preferred.
• Experience with maintenance in food manufacturing or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and fix machinery used to process margarine and spreads.
• Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders.
• Follow World Class Manufacturing methods for continuous improvement.
