Maintenance Mechanic
Woodburn, OR

Company has been in business for over 60 years providing fresh, organic, cage-free eggs to local grocery stores and other end users. Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Mechanic to work in our Woodburn, OR facility.

Compensation

• Pay is $20.00-$26.00 based on experience.
• Overtime paid after 48 hours per week.
• Typical work week is 45-50 hours per week.
• Bi-weekly paychecks.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday.
• Typical work schedule 7am-4:30pm, work until work is completed.
• Weekends and Holidays rotate with other team-members.
• Schedule flexibility may be available based on candidate's needs.
• Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatic tools are crucial to this role.
• Requires physical stamina and strength, as you’ll have to stand for long hours and occasionally carry heavy loads up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role a plus but not required.
• State issued drivers license required for occasional parts pick up, etc.
• Familiarity using various power and hand tools and equipment, such as hoists and grinders.
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills; ability to work independently.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
