You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure reliable plant performance. Industrial background required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance or plant operations experience.
• Experience with pumps, compressors, valves, piping or hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs to keep facility equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair compressors, pumps, valves, piping and meters.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
• Replace valves, fittings, seals and other components.
• Lubricate and service equipment regularly.
• Calibrate and test field instrumentation and related equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Train facility personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to keep facility equipment operating safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance, plant operations, or mechanical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment.
• Experience working on pumps, compressors, valves, piping, or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Schedule

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
