Paladin Labs Inc. is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Webster Groves, MO. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing various building and mechanical systems in a research environment.

The responsibilities of this position include maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide variety of building and mechanical, piping, and electrical systems associated with office, laboratory, and pilot-scale dosage drug product development within the Research and Development department at our location in Webster Groves, MO. The position will handle preventative maintenance and work orders for equipment repairs, general facility work, and equipment improvement as needed. The role focuses on a general knowledge of mechanics, plumbing, and electricity to support building operations in facility, mechanical, and electrical aspects, including troubleshooting and maintenance planning for improvements, PM’s, and scheduled repairs.
Position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor at Webster Groves. Internal contacts include all levels of the organization from lab worker to VP’s. External contacts include contractors from all trades, equipment vendors, and service providers.
Working conditions range from normal equipment maintenance to working in a clean cGMP environment. Ability to wear a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR). Flexible work schedule required.
