Job summary

International Search Partners is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for comm'l heat treat operations. The role focuses on regular upkeep of process and facility equipment, preventative maintenance, and safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, creating maintenance schedules, and supporting small project work. Candidates should have a high school diploma (associates preferred), 2+ years in maintenance, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in electrical preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in maintenance, preferably in a heat treat or similar plant environment.
• Must demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, diagnose and repair all process and facility equipment and machinery
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedules including repairs and calibrations
• Fabricating equipment or components which may include carpentry forming, bending, rigging and/or welding
• Must become proficient in all aspects of equipment and facility operations
• Overall facility maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in electrical preferred
