Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Vancouver, WA. The role involves repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment, installing and improving systems, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure uptime.

The ideal candidate will have PLC troubleshooting, basic hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge, and LOTO authorization. Must provide own tools and be able to operate forklifts and welding equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• PLC Troubleshooting capability.
• Basic hydraulics knowledge.
• Basic pneumatics knowledge.
• Basic power and control circuit writing.
• LOTO authorization.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, and adjust manufacturing equipment such as printing presses, converting machines, slitters, and inno‑lock machines.
• Operate forklift, chain hoist, and welding equipment with your own tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record repairs performed.
• Record parts and materials used and place requisitions for new parts.
• Analyze test results and machine errors to diagnose equipment problems.
• Repair manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime.
• Cut and weld metal to repair or fabricate parts and assemble new equipment.
• Study blueprints and manuals for correct installation and operation of machinery.
• Enter codes and instructions to program computer controlled machinery.

Job Posting:Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: $30.00-32.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, adjust manufacturing equipment such as Printing presses, converting machines, slitters, and inno-lock machines
• Must provide your own tools and be able to operate forklift, chain hoist, and welding equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance & record repairs and maintenance performed
• Record part and materials used, and place requisition for new parts and materials as necessary
• Analyze test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
• Repair manufacturing equipment in all facets, provide operational up time
• Cut & weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment
• Study blueprints & MFG manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery
• Enter codes and instructions to program computer controlled machinery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• PLC Troubleshooting
• Basic hydraulics
• Basic industrial writing including power circuits and control circuits
• Basic pneumatics
• LOTO authorization
