• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all manufacturing equipment and vacuum system to ensure optimal production efficiency and uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals to understand equipment operation and repair procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to access components for repair.
• Replace worn or damaged parts, including bearings, belts, gears, and seals.
• Perform adjustments and alignments on machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic, electrical, and vacuum systems as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building components.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing minor electrical issues, patching drywall, and fixing minor carpentry concerns.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and complete repairs promptly.
