Job summary

Skidmore College is seeking a reliable Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment across campus. Responsibilities include emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring safe operation of building systems.

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanic Inspects, troubleshoots, performs emergency repairs (including actions necessary to render a situation, system, or component safe), and maintains buildings and plant mechanical equipment in response to service requests and directives. Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.
