Role Description

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is a full-time, on-site role based in Souderton, PA. This role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, inspecting equipment, replacing worn or damaged parts, and completing work orders in a timely manner. The mechanic will collaborate with production teams to schedule repairs, maintain tools and spare parts inventory, and follow all safety and compliance standards. The role may also involve assisting with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems safely and effectively.
