SUMMARY OF JOB

Responsible for assuring that the interior and exterior of the facilities within The Villages at Pine Valley are maintained in a comfortable, attractive, safe condition as well as assisting the residents in a professional manner.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and write English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, painting, electric, carpentry or HVAC
• Ability to communicate with an elderly population
