Helion Group in Palmyra, PA is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support high‑volume corrugated production. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, wire 3‑phase motors, and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Willingness to learn corrugated-specific equipment and practices.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with reliable attendance and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a high-volume production environment.
• Wire and troubleshoot 3-phase motors and diagnose electrical issues with a multimeter.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps and other components.
• Respond effectively to production breakdowns and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Learn corrugated-specific equipment and maintenance practices and collaborate with the team.
