Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks on industrial meat processing equipment, including conveyors, saws, gear drives, and other mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: welding, hydraulics, 3-phase 480V electrical, pneumatics, industrial mechanical systems, or meat fabrication.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, performing preventative and emergency maintenance, and supporting production by minimizing equipment downtime. Responsibilities also include welding and fabrication, interpreting technical manuals and schematics, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. This position requires regular heavy lifting (80+ lbs), prolonged standing and walking on hard surfaces, climbing, stooping, and working in varying environmental conditions. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are critical to success in this role.
