Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of mechanical/technical work experience (manufacturing preferred).

Job description

Job Title: Maintenance PM Mechanic (I, II, or III)

We are seeking skilled Maintenance PM Mechanics to fill three vacancies, with opportunities for advancement based on skill level. Positions are available for both day and swing shifts, with a focus on maintaining and repairing production machinery, including CNC machining centers. The role involves preventive maintenance, simple machine repairs, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Pay:

$30/hr – $43/hr+ (DOE & Technician Level) Swing

Shift:

Additional 9% shift differential

Shifts Available:
  • Day: 5:30am – 4:00pm (Mon–Thu)
  • Swing: 3:20pm – 1:50am (Mon–Thu)

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping production machinery running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your work will directly impact uptime, product quality, and the overall success of the operation.

Top Qualifications (Technician Level I)
  • 2-3+ years of mechanical/technical work experience (manufacturing preferred)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new measuring equipment
  • Ability to follow Preventative Maintenance procedures
  • Ability to follow lockout/tagout protocol

Preferred Qualifications (Technician Levels II & III Considered)

Candidates with more of the following may qualify for higher levels and higher pay within the range:

  • 3–5+ years of direct production machinery maintenance experience
  • Experience with micrometers , dial indicators , and heat monitoring guns
  • CNC maintenance experience
  • Strong experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Previous fabrication experience (MIG/TIG welding, mills, lathes)
  • Solid understanding of machinery tolerances in production environments
  • Prior experience managing or executing PM schedules

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $89440.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
