INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE

Type: DIRECT HIRE

Schedule: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair equipment such as serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking), rotary and linear liquid filling machines, spindle and semi-auto belt cappers, check weighers, blow-offs, PLCs, heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders, bottle unscramblers, and gravity feeders.
2. Repair all production and plant equipment.
3. Execute line and equipment changeovers.
4. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
5. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
6. Promote teamwork through communication, brainstorming, and sharing knowledge.

Additional Duties:

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing, conducting PMs, fabricating, line changeovers, troubleshooting, and assembling parts of the process on the line.
