Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at our Sparks Glencoe, MD site. • At least 3 years of related experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
• High school diploma is required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Work under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers and other team members.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety and operational training programs.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations on a rotating schedule.
