This role combines hands-on technical work with preventive maintenance, ensuring our clients enjoy optimal building conditions and uninterrupted operations. ## What your day to day will look like: Daily responsibilities will include: performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair work orders across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The Maintenance Mechanic will conduct facility inspections and report on conditions that could impact client operations. Interior maintenance tasks like hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture will be part of your routine, along with assisting the operations team with building and equipment maintenance. You'll move office furniture and equipment as needed, replace lighting and ballasts, and maintain HVAC systems by cleaning coils and changing filters and belts.Safety compliance is central to your role - you'll complete hazard assessments, maintain clean and safe work areas, and stay current with all required safety training. Administrative duties include submitting daily P-card receipts, updating work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like 360 Facility, and performing vehicle safety inspections.
