Legacy Staffing seeks an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a recycling plant in Lost Hills, CA. The role focuses on inspecting, maintaining, and repairing conveyors and related equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, is skilled with conveyors, and holds a high school diploma with a valid driver’s license. Welding/fabrication and basic electrical/controls knowledge are a plus.

• Assist with alignment, installation, and adjustment of conveyor and processing equipment.
• Complete work orders, document repairs, and report recurring equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures, including lockout/tagout and use of PPE.

What You Bring to the Table:

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a recycling, manufacturing, or heavy-industrial setting. Strong hands-on experience with conveyor systems and related plant equipment is essential. You will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and supporting mechanical systems to keep the recycling plant running safely and efficiently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must pass a drug screen and physical. Welding, fabrication, and basic electrical or controls experience are pluses.
