Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Lexington, NC

Shift Hours:

• 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday, 10:30pm – 6:00am

Pay Range: $23.50/hour (Varies depending on experience)

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.

Day-to-Day Role:

1. Perform equipment troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments
2. Maximize equipment performance using process improvement techniques
3. Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
4. Assist with equipment and mold changes as needed for production
5. Follow a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce downtime
6. Maintain and clean plant equipment
7. Accurately record, document, and report maintenance data
8. Follow all Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures

Core Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must wear proper PPE at all times
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in small/confined spaces
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by management
