Multiple positions available with the Conventions & Entertainment Facilities Department, Facility Maintenance Division located at 301 W. 13th St.
Salary Range: $22.61-$34.48/hour

REQUIRES two years of experience as a skilled worker in building and mechanical repair work in a relevant trade (HVAC, boilers, hydraulics, pumps, and motors). An additional related technical education certificate or diploma may be substituted for one year of experience. Must possess a valid State-issued driver's license in accordance with the City of KCMO policies. May be required to obtain a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class A, B, or C issued by the State of Missouri prior to the end of the employee's probationary period (Appropriate CDL will be determined by the department). Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and post-offer physical examination as prescribed by the City.
