Ability for Growth

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate and maintain band saw machinery.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic systems.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly and repair equipment efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Continually evaluate equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with troubleshooting, band saws, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, PLCs, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and robotics.
• Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.
