As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of production equipment and facility systems. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems, working with advanced manufacturing equipment, and making a direct impact on production.
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
