Job summary

Snelling is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of brick manufacturing plant equipment. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

Must have own tools and be available for a Tuesday–Saturday 2pm–10:30pm shift, with multiple shifts available. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous production and operate in a safety-conscious

Qualifications

• Must have own tools.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Ability to repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Safety-focused and able to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, kilns, conveyors, mixers, and other brick manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine effective solutions to restore functionality quickly.
• Install, align, and calibrate new equipment or components as needed.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures.
