Job summary

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair manufacturing production equipment in Groveport Ohio. Work schedule is 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday-Friday with possible OT.

Pay rate is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; diagnosing and programming VFDs and PLCs; and performing preventive maintenance to minimize

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience with PLCs, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical wiring and components ranging from low voltage up to 600V.
• Diagnose, repair, replace, and program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, restore, replace, and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.
