Job summary

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair manufacturing production equipment in Groveport Ohio. Work schedule is 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday-Friday with possible OT.

Pay rate is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; diagnosing and programming VFDs and PLCs; and performing preventive maintenance to minimize

Qualifications

1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
Experience with PLCs, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical wiring and components ranging from low voltage up to 600V.
Diagnose, repair, replace, and program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Install, troubleshoot, repair, restore, replace, and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.
