Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am) to maintain and repair industrial equipment at our Niagara Falls, NY facility. You will follow scheduled preventive tasks, perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams, and document all work in our CMMS system.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years in a heavy industrial environment, with the ability to work rotating shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights or in

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks per schedule to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages with teams.
• Prioritize work to repair and install equipment with minimal downtime and complete paperwork.
• Use the maintenance documentation program to open/close work orders and manage parts.
• Inspect and repair machinery to maintain operation and safety.
• Observe machine operation to diagnose malfunctions and review maintenance reports.
• Inspect equipment for conformance to safety and operational standards.
