Role Summary:

The Maintenance Material Handler is vital to our distribution operations. You will work within a dynamic team, processing merchandise and managing shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transfer receipts from stores.
• Inspect merchandise for saleability before inventory placement.
• Communicate discrepancies or damages to leads and coordinators.
• Review orders, check for damage, and assist with packing and issue resolution.
• Manage merchandise booking and entry into inventory systems.
• Scan merchandise into inventory accurately and timely.
• Ensure merchandise reaches its destination promptly.
• Move materials between storage and production areas.
• Load and unload docks and delivery vehicles manually or with equipment.
• Maintain physical requirements such as standing, lifting, walking, bending, and climbing.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or retail operations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to distinguish colors and hear equipment signals.
• Experience with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
• Manual dexterity for handling freight and packaging tasks.
