Job summary

Guilford Textiles, Pine Grove is seeking a Maintenance Master Technician – Third Shift or Weekend Day Shift to join the maintenance team. The role encompasses duties of an industrial electrician and mechanic, performing a wide range of electrical/mechanical tasks within the plant.

The candidate will handle troubleshooting, installation, repair, and monitoring of HVAC, boilers, power systems, and plant utilities, ensuring reliable operation of production equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute work orders and document as required.
• Locate source of trouble with electrical and/or mechanical equipment by tracing and testing circuits and inspecting for mechanical failures.
• Install and repair electrical and electronic equipment such as wiring devices, motors, transformers, starters, circuit breakers, relays, circuit boards, motor drives, PLC modules, etc.
• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and monitor HVAC equipment, boilers, air compressors, water treatment, lint systems, fire protection equipment, and utilities in the plant.

As a member of the Maintenance team, the Master Tech III will be responsible for performing all technical tasks typically associated with being an industrial electrician and mechanic.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Executing work orders and completing documentation as required
• Locating the source of trouble with electrical and/or mechanical equipment or apparatus by tracing and testing circuits and inspecting for mechanical failures.
