Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on machinery.
• Inspect equipment to identify issues and schedule timely repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
• Support installation and setup of machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and safety teams to improve equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor facility-related maintenance issues and respond accordingly.
• Participate in on-call or emergency maintenance coverage as required.
