Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing or salt processing environments.
• Proficient with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP).
• Strong leadership skills with focus on safety, quality, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure safe, efficient plant asset operation.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs and budgets.
• Lead and coach maintenance staff; manage staffing and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with General Manager on strategic plans and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; monitor KPIs.
• Manage outside contractors and storeroom operations; control costs and inventory.
