Spice World, LLC in Coalinga, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, communicate and execute repairs and maintenance of equipment and buildings. The role requires hands-on PLC and electrical/mechanical skills and leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will train mechanics, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and maintain calibration schedules while keeping downtime to a minimum. Strong problem solving and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Minimum eight years in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• Knowledge of fabrication, industrial electricity, control, manufacturing equipment and PLCs.
• Willingness to work eight-hour shifts; overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, communicate and execute repairs and maintenance of equipment and buildings.
• Train and assist maintenance mechanics.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to maintain production and shipment equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on packaging lines and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/machine issues and diagnose failures.
• Maintain calibration schedules and verify certificates are current.
