Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 40-hour work week with readiness for 24/7/weekend emergencies in a food-industry-excluded environment. The role emphasizes cost control, safety, and product quality, supporting refrigeration systems and facilities.

The successful candidate will manage staffing, training, and maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Strong decision-making, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Experience coordinating maintenance staff and budgets.
• Knowledge of food processing equipment, HVAC, and ammonia systems.
• Familiarity with EPA, OSHA, and USDA codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and train maintenance staff; set objectives, procedures, and schedules.
• Ensure technical competency and benchmark performance for maintenance staff.
• Develop training programs for growth and improvement.
• Minimize overtime and maximize efficiency in staffing.
• Oversee Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs for equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Own annual facility operating budget related to maintenance expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitary design practices and regulations.
