Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and supervise maintenance staff across a residential community. The role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction, with duties including team leadership, inspections, and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing expertise, and EPA 608 Type I/II plus CPO certification. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I/II certifications and CPO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure community grounds and interiors are in good repair and safe for residents.
• Inspect and repair grounds, coordinate lawn service and vendors as needed.
• Maintain Community Compliance Manual and respond to resident and staff requests.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and manage trash removal.
