Job summary

New Pig is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Tipton, PA manufacturing facility on the Meltblown line. You will oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring equipment reliability, uptime, and effective preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

You will provide technical leadership across electrical, PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, partnering with Manufacturing and Engineering to troubleshoot, improve processes, and

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance environments.
Experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) and industrial power systems.
Experience reading mechanical/electrical CAD drawings for fabrication.

Responsibilities

Lead a maintenance team to support multi-shift production on the Tipton MB line.
Manage maintenance via CMMS with preventative and predictive strategies.
Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and drive uptime.
