Job summary
New Pig Corporation seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Tipton, PA manufacturing facility on the Meltblown line. You will oversee a team of maintenance professionals, drive equipment reliability, uptime, and preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
You will provide technical leadership across electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, partnering with Manufacturing and Engineering to troubleshoot, improve processes, and support Lean
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs and Rockwell power systems.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical CAD drawings.
- Web-converting or Meltblown process experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a maintenance team across multi-shift production to meet output, quality, and financial goals.
- Manage CMMS to support preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and drives.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Support Lean initiatives and safety standards.
- Maintain critical spare parts and indirect inventories.
