This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating with engineering, supervising maintenance staff, and managing parts procurement, preventive maintenance, and service contractors. A technical degree and extensive maintenance management experience are preferred.

Formación

• 2-4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of maintenance management experience.
• 10 years facility experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical (a plus), and hydraulic troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and reliability of equipment, machinery and facilities.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to employees; ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with engineering for processes and products; manage preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Procure parts, outsourced repairs and service providers; source materials in a timely manner.
• Lead maintenance projects, bids, and contractor management; manage MMS work requests.
