Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience; 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
