VetJobs in Chilton, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance, equipment reliability, and utility systems. You will prioritize workloads, coordinate with outside contractors, and drive safety, cost, and quality objectives while partnering with Engineering and plant leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience, a related degree, and proficiency in CMMS, AutoCAD, and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic and PLC systems.
• Proficient with CMMS and CAD tools.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with the Maintenance Supervisors and Planner.
• Leads long-term maintenance projects with Engineering Manager.
• Collaborates with Managers on safety and equipment issues.
• Attends leadership, safety, maintenance, and management review meetings.
• Oversees maintenance staff evaluations.
• Coordinates with outside contractors/vendors.
• Works on short-term projects and continuous improvement.
