Qualifications

• Five to eight years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage electrical systems and electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, steam systems and CMMS.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance budget and track key performance indicators.
