Job summary

Fresno Valves & Castings, Inc. in Selma, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations across the foundry, machine shop, and fabrication shops.

The role supervises maintenance technicians, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and ensures equipment uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance management, a mechanical/electrical background, CMMS experience, and proven leadership, budgeting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act under pressure.
• Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment.
• Plan, prioritize and assign maintenance tasks; minimize downtime.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance for foundry, machine shop, and fabrication operations.
• Manage maintenance budget and procurement of parts and tools; evaluate new technologies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
